I read this as an audiobook. When I first started listening, I thought it provided great thoughts/truths about happiness, perspective, and life. However, a lot of the chapter repeat the same message and most of the them are bullet point lists instead of explanation on points brought up. I do recommend this book for people to remember that it’s the little things that actually make up our lives and to live in the present, but, again it’s pretty repetitive.

This is a book of little wisdoms to keep in your house. Gentle reminders on how to focus your energy into being the very best version of yourself. It would make an excellent gift. I recommend reading one essay at a time and digesting it instead of reading it cover to cover
I listened on Libby. This is a must read/listen for anyone who wants to live more relaxed and accepting of themselves and others. Like a good movie, I look forward to listening or reading again in the future.
This book was dense. I would have preferred 51 essays because after a certain point my brain stopped absorbing the content.

Should’ve been 50ish “essays”, the rest were just toooooooo repetitive
This was fine. I was think some essays were better than others but I definitely would recommend. I listened to the audio book so was easy to go in and out of. I think it has something for everyone which is nice.
I wish that it was organized in different subjects or areas but overall, not mad it .
