This is a difficult one to figure out. It's mostly confusing exposition. It needed more effort put into either explaining what was going on or just fleshing out the characters and leaving alone the things that should be left a mystery at the beginning. A couple of characters were pretty easy to figure out, and the mangaka does well introducing Haru but Azuma... not so much. Still, there's enough plot to make me want to continue through the series.

It's a yuri series that isn't about being cute and it's a nice break from the cuteness-overload (not that I mind, but a change of pace is nice).

I like the art but it can be a little difficult to follow at times. Differentiating some of the girls can be tough as their designs are just a touch too similar which is compounded by a lot of close-up frames.

There's only 4 volumes so I'm definitely along for the ride.

This was an okay read for me. But I really struggled to get into it.. It absolutely bothered me that Haru only referred to herself in third person. That's something I don't really vibe with. Other than that I found the premise to be really interesting but the execution so far seems a bit dull to me.
Yes, there was an assassination attempt. But it didn't go very far and somehow I struggle to believe they will get more creativ/thrilling.
And the characters also weren't all that interesting to me (although I do guess that still has mainly to do with Haru...)

This manga is asking a lot to have me remember 14 characters in volume 1.

Quickly read this whilst festering at Barnes and Noble. Mostly because Kouga Yun-sensei. She's awesome. This, so far, was middling. The art was all right, a bit Kouga-esque, but without the panache she has. It was a bit choppy, which made the end seem a little forced. But because it's written by the incomparable Kouga-sensei, I have high hopes that this manga will be worth the read.

Gute Action? Nunja
Überraschende Plottwists? Vielleicht
Ergibt die Story Sinn? Geht so

Hard to get into the story. It felt a bit disjointed and frenetic. Could get better once the characters are better developed.
