I do love the relationship between Tessa and Hardin. They are completely flawed individuals that found each other. They are in fact perfect for each other. I like this book, but not as much as After. The back and forth between them sometimes becomes too much.

the emotional abuse and manipulation in this series continues with the second novel. the storyline gets a little more predictable with the newest iteration as the characters of tessa and “hardin” fall into the same patterns and tropes throughout the series.

Omg... How toxic can a relationship get? I don't understand how this is possible. However, I was unable to put it down. And I can't wait to see what happens next. I have issues I know... Let's just hope no one reads it actually wanting a relationship like this or thinking it's romantic.

OMG! The last chapter was intense. I mean I can't wait to start the third one. I cried a lot in this one.
I love Hessa so much!
