If not, read those first because trust me this series is binge worthy, just like your favorite Netflix shows.

**THIS IS THE LAST BOOK IN A TRILOGY SO IF YOU HAVEN’T READ THE FIRST TWO THERE WILL BE SPOILERS IN THIS***

It’s the final showdown between Ainsley and Peter Greenburg, the couple that you love to hate and hate to love.

The Amendment left us with the knowledge that Peter somehow survived the attempt made on his life by his wife, so the big question was how? We see the aftermath of Ainsley scrambling to figure out what to do next since her own personal monster is alive and coming after her.

Like every other Kmod book I’ve read (which is every book she has written) I started and devoured this book like it was the oxygen that I needed to stay alive and it did not disappoint. Since the first book I loved the game of cat and mouse that they played and Kmod kept it so perfect through the series that I almost forgive her for not giving us the whole trilogy from the start.

The queen of twists keeps you guessing until the very last sentence which tied up these books perfectly with a pretty bow that you hope to see on your Christmas presents. You get to meet some new characters and some familiar faces turn up to see the final showdown we have all been waiting for and I promise the showdown(s) they have in The Atonement will satisfy the inner true crime fan in all of us.

This game of cat and mouse is finally coming to an end, the only question is who is cunning enough to end it once and for all and leave unscathed? Read [b:The Atonement|61165763|The Atonement (The Arrangement, #3)|Kiersten Modglin|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1653498651l/61165763._SY75_.jpg|96416985] to find out!

This book series was so good! I have to say the first and third were my favorites with twists and just when you think things are going to unravel and be solved then there’s another twist. But this book ended the way I needed with all my questions and what ifs etc answered. I think this was the fastest I’ve read/listened to a three book series.
