This is a short quick read and I guess as an intoduction into their full book this story of Brit and Hunter is OK. It gives a quick introduction to the lead characters and sets up their story. It is really quite a sad book and gives the impression that Brit and Hunter are both not happy with their lives and are looking for more. I look forward to reading more about these two.

I liked Hunter and I thought Brit was interesting.
but I felt like I only got Hunter's side. but this is just a novella. It's talked me into reading the next one :)

This book was cute. So this is about Brit and Hunter and it’s the last day of the summer and Brit has to move away so Hunter comes along and tries to shoot his shot and they have a nice night and they make love sweetly. I liked this one it was nice and short and fluffy. Brit is very rebellious which is cool and Hunters is presented as handsome and charming it’s just soooo fluffy

I am loving this series, this Novella is a build up to the next book, it fills you in on how it all starts, I can't wait to dive in and see how it ends.

Brit is Emerson's younger sister, wild and free, although she has a crush on rich boy Hunter, little does she know he feels the same about her, so when they meet at the last night of summer party it all starts from there.

Hunter is the rich boy that only comes to Beachwood Bay for the summer with his family, his future already set out for him, no one asks what he wants until Brit. he has admired her from afar but never had the courage to talk to her till he saw she was in danger.

Lola's List of Problems with Untamed Hearts

1. Teasing readers with such a short novella is just plain mean. In fact, it's downright diabolical. Moving on...

2. The chemistry wasn't as instant as it should have been for this story to work. Also, everything is very superficial.

3. I refuse to believe that having sex with a total stranger one night leaves you with some kind of magical connection. Lust, maybe, and more interest, but not a connection like the one that would need to be present for these two to care about each other years later.

4. I refuse to believe such a supposedly guarded girl would open up to a rich stranger so fast. Leading me to...

5. I really didn't like anyone in this novella. At all...

Then again, the romantic scenes were well done, so Untamed Hearts does earn a star back. Read it only if you get it for free (iBook).
