This book was a lot! Emotionally this book took me on the ride of my life from page 1! Olivia and Bennet really has me sad, happy, mad and laughing the whole week that I read this book!
This is a second chance romance where Bennet the the husband loses memory of two years of his life which means all he remembers is being irrevocably in love with his wife he forgot that he’s in the process of getting a divorce, he cheated, and he doesn’t remember what tore his marriage apart. But Olivia does and she’s forced into taking care of him in the place they lived together when they were happy.
The emotional roller coaster that these two take you on is too much and the sexual angst and tension is so palpable you want to salivate!
I will not lie there are points in this book that Olivia drive me up the wall with her stubbornness and lack of accountability especially when Bennet on the other had was taking so many steps towards growth and development. But that’s also what made this book so honest for me!

I've never been this mad at a book since forever. I picked up this book since I thought it would be one of those angsty read, but I'm not even got misty eyes. There's no even just one likeable character.
I guess it's my bad not knowing what I get myself into?? It was fine at first and then I just didn't know anymore. I've read about 20% of it and started skimming the rest. It just wasn't something I want from a romance novel.

I love a marriage in trouble story, but can totally see why it wouldn't be someone else's jam, especially when you throw in cheating (lots of OW and OM drama) and the roller coaster of fertility struggles. Both of these characters are flawed; him moreso and I think he did his job of groveling pretty well (like 90% good enough).
I needed a story with angst, decisions that are not easy, a love that has to be fought for, and a real struggle. Got sick of easy peezy stories just about instalust and dumb miscommunications.
The off-the-charts sex life of this couple stands out from the 500 other romance books I've read and that is saying something. PHEWWEEEEE that was hot scene after hot scene and I *ate it up* like my name is Bennett Clark. (see what I did there) I even had to write some things down iykyk ✍

The reason that he cheated on her is so unforgivable. And she forgave him easily. Skip it

this was a hard one to read mentally. I just felt so much emotion for both of these characters I just wanted them happy and you know they have all this history and love for one another that they just needed to work out some big bumps along the way. i’m happy they got their happy ending

Listened to this on audiobook and really liked the female narrator. The spice and dirty talk in this book was SO good! I enjoyed the story and plot and kept rooting for the couple throughout it. This book had a very good and accurate representation of trying to conceive struggles and the suffering of pregnancy loss like the feeling of being inadequate and mental toll it takes with both.
