Oh my god, I went into this book thinking that it would be relatively funny, but the jokes were so incredibly desperate.
The fact that in the first 5 pages or so she says that she has to fulfil a word limit really does say a lot about this book, as all the sections which were supposed to be ‘emotional’ felt unnecessary and just written to add more words to it, it felt I genuine and not what I wanted to read about if I’m reading a travel book.
Overall, extremely disappointing and I finished the books feeling completely empty inside.
