Not my favorite of this author's books as I found the "little did she know" hints to be annoying but I did like the character development. Sad, and trying to be reflective, but mostly just sad.

This book made me cry so much but it was incredibly written and one of the best books I have ever read. I would literally recommend this to everyone. It handles topics such as death, grief and racism.
