Literally the most reflective, emotional novel I have read this year! Cried off and on, laughed out loud! KG has quickly become one of my favorite authors...the amazing way she writes about real life issues is amazing to me! This story, especially, just so well done!

Kathleen Glasgow really has a way with words— I’ll give her that. She knows just how to show the real things in a way that doesn’t filter or romanticize. The story of Tiger Tolliver is an important one, and not unique in the slightest. But that’s what makes it so important. Stories like Tiger’s aren’t told enough. Grief. Abuse. Loss. Substance abuse.

Glasgow tells it well.
