The nostalgia was real! I love this book so much and if you have children I highly recommend them reading it while they are still young! It made me so happy when I read it the first time when I was around six years old. I still love it, but it hits diffrent when you are that young. It is fantastic!

I love the Narnia books. I read them to my older kids, and now I and reading them to my younger kids. The boxed set we have has the Magician's Nephew as the first book. I think would would read it last if I ever read the series to kids again. Lewis wrote it last, and there are things in it that are definitely looking back to the other books. I only think that it is listed as the first book because it is set chronologically before the other books, but lets face it chronology isn't everything, and often nothing, in story telling.
