Oh, wow. Just gutted. Simply beautiful and horrible, the way that painful loved lost is. 

The audiobook narration by Barbara Caruso was particularly well done.

While the core idea of magical thinking was interesting, somehow the book didn't provide the emotional depth I expected. There were some moments of resounding clarity, but at times it felt too analytical and intelectualized
