Filthy Rich A-holes

Sooo...

This book thoroughly pissed me off... which is a great thing because it got me emotionally involved. I haven’t encountered many books that can get me to such a level of pissedoffedness where I’m actually cursing out characters and arguing with them as if they could hear me, and having to take breaks from reading to calm down. So congratulations C.M. Stunich for getting me to that point! Well done!!

I only had two issues with this book which made me drop a star:

1) The ages of the characters.
Maybe it’s just that I’m from a different generation, but I find it hard to believe that kids (high school freshmen to be exact) would be doing and behaving the way some of the kids in this book did. Especially the whole minors being sexually active thing. I know it’s most definitely a thing (especially these days), but it just doesn’t sit well with me. I could better believe it if they were college freshmen and wound up imagining them to be as such through most of the book.

2) The prologue.
It kinda ruined the ending a bit for me. I’d have preferred to be as surprised as Marnye was. I think I would have had a stronger, more visceral reaction if I hadn’t known what was coming.

Overall though, excellent work as usual. I can’t wait to see what year two brings!

It was with no doubt a bully romance but was darker than other books with the same genre, the rest of the series I look forward to reading. Specifically to see how she gets her revenge on them.

There were definitely moments when the boys were sweet but other times I could've killed them myself. The female Idols were definitely the perfect decision of catty bitches and they all deserve to pay.

I look forward to reading the rest and to find out what Maryne does for revenge.

Fun bully read, not that smutty at all. Characters were enjoyable, but didn’t have a lot of depth at times

The plot is so ridiculously far fetched that you can't help but hang on every single word. I'm a sucker for rich kids and bad boys/girls series.

Um. Damn. I got nothing. If you are craving a true bully book, this is it for you. Holy shit. Literally takes the Bully romance to a whole new level of WTF just hit me. Y'all know I keep it real with my reviews. I tell you what I liked and didn't like about a book I don't talk plot. This book is smokin. For damn real. I made sure I built time into my reading schedule for this series, and it didn't disappoint. It was so vicious, Maryne has balls y'all, ain't no lie. I am not going into the details, cause I am not about that spoiler life, but damn. It's told all in her POV which I think works best for this type of bully book. Read it...you will thank me later.
