A truly wonderful book. Really informative and gave me the information I needed to get my life a bit more together. Some of it was stuff I already knew but didn’t think was ok. It is ok.
My needs are valid and I deserve to have them met. That is the overwhelming lesson from this.
Absolutely would recommend; I will likely be rereading this and annotating it more on regular occasions!

This was quite good at doing what it was supposed to. The writing style was clear, concise and to the point, while not feeling analytical or boring. The author made some really good, insightful points and observations and gave clear solutions, exercises and examples to make the reader better understand the issues and what they can do about them in their own lives. Overall, a great resource to come back to on the theme of self-love and boundarie setting
