As expected a very light read, the parts about Tennis made it enjoyable. Not groundbreaking at all but really entertaining

Easy to read chick lit book, that I finished off in a couple of days! Narrated by the character Charlotte 'Charlie' Silver, a professional tennis player, the book navigated through the perils of constant travel and playing and training for tennis, and the difficulties of falling in love.

I think the book could have been more intimate with the romance, and less descriptive about the tennis. The ending, with regard to the romance aspect, was very predictable, but there was a slight twist with regards to the tennis aspect.

I don’t care but people say I loved this book. It was so thrilling seeing the positive and negative aspects of a famous tennis players life.

Also the ending was so cute and tied everything up into the beautiful bow.

This just wasn't for me. The tennis parts were interesting, but I just did't identify at all with the main characters decisions and ambitions. Maybe I'm just old. Plus it has an open-ended finish which I hate.

4⭐️- I had fun reading this book, it never felt like a task and I really enjoyed the main character.

This was the rare breed of book written in the 3rd person, that was actually good and not frustrating.

Very blah chicklit with a not so likeable main character and a rather boring plot. It is a quick and easy read, though.
