. I enjoyed this book. It had an interesting storyline. The twist at the end was something you could tell was coming. Atlas is definitely book boyfriend material. Elena was a character I liked. She had her moments for sure. The antagonist was icky and annoying. It’s a slow burn, with most of the spice happening in the second half, and majority of it being near the end. I do recommend this book

Overall, I think this was a great book. There were lots of twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat. The relationship between Elena and Atlas was something that they both needed. I hate what the girls went through towards the end of the book, but more than happy that they made it through and could have the ending they deserve.

Dang was not expext that i had a different idea of the twist in my head and i was totally wrong 😂. Loves the story and the plot the mmc utterly delicious the fmc was a bit naive and dint know how bad her fiancé was as he put on a good show but the mmc came to the rescue of her and of her fiancé's daughter which thankfully also go a happy ending. My onoy fault is the ending could have been a bit better it seemed kind of rushed whrn atlas went to find her in the castle felt like he found her to easy
Just like Grimstone this book is a wild fast paced ride. Sophie takes you on a journey! I loved the mystery, satisfying culmination scene and 90 day fiancé of it all.
I struggled a bit with the MMC and wavered back & forth if I liked him or not. Even now after finishing it I still couldn’t tell you which way I lean.
Grimstone remains my favorite of the two. I loved both the FMC & MMC in that one and their cameos in this book were some of the best parts. Plus I like that the plot started plotting for me in Grimstone faster than in Monarch.
