I started skimming over the *cough* some parts because I don't like them. Though there weren't that many thankfully. That's why I didn't give a higher rating. Other than that, I liked the storyline

Honestly, I wanted to read another "bully trope" by a different author this time because I enjoyed the last one quite a bit, but this wasn't a favorite. The only reason I gave a star rating was that it was written intelligibly. I will still give Penelope Douglas another try in the future.

I actually really enjoyed this book. I loved Jareds character, and I mean come on how could you not like Tate. Before I read this  I saw a lot of people say she’s a doormat, I disagree, but I can also understand. I don’t think she was harsh enough on K.C. I think she was a terrible friend to Tate. But when it comes to the bullying she faced, I think she did as much as she could. 
I also loved the street racing aspect I found it really fun and it’s something I haven’t read before. I’m really excited to read Madoc’s book!
