Love Daisy (minus when she was being a bit of a nut there) love Julian, love Christian (most times). Tiller needs to be written off this series (useless) along with Magnolia, whose presence makes me irrationally angry.

WHAT A GREAT ADDITION TO THIS SERIES. I thought that it couldn’t get anymore toxic and insane than the first book but I was mistaken. Couldn’t sleep without finishing this book as fast as I could. I was heartbroken when it was finished. Just give it a try.

More like 3.5 stars, but rounding up to 4. I like Daisy way more than I like Magnolia. They both deal with toxic relationships, but while Magnolia seems like she's just so mopey and just obsessive almost about BJ, Daisy seems like she's more take charge. I loved hearing from Julian in the book, and I'm in love with both him and Christian. I'm more interested to find out what happens in the next Daisy book, but I'll read the next Magnolia book next.

I loved the footnotes at the bottom of Daisy’s chapters.

This book felt slightly less toxic, but more sad than Magnolia Parks was. I can’t stop reading now because there are too many storylines that I need to see have a satisfying conclusion.

I wish I knew before reading this that it overlaps with Magnolia Parks because I think tandem reading would make this even better.

One of the things I didn’t like is that the text messages felt like they were in the wrong places at times. It wasn’t always clear who they were from or to and it looks as if some were placed wrongly since they seemingly didn’t involve the character who's POV they were in.

I like Daisy marginally more than Magnolia and I did enjoy the book but I’m exhausted. The petty revenge cycle of bad decisions and miscommunication is like running a marathon in quicksand. I will continue but I need a break from the series for a bit.

I swear the men on this books are going to be the death of me. Everyone makes the dumbest decisions ever with little to no context. Daisy was waaaay more tolerable than Parks tho. She knows what she wants and where are her boundaries. I respect that. But maybe everyone should learn to fucking listen because all the problems wouldn’t exist if they do it.
