I'd like to rate this higher because I did really enjoy this book. But the way the characters spoke to, and about, patients really rubbed me the wrong way.

while the incident about a patient's pubic hair was addressed, them calling a woman with unmedicated bipolar "batshit crazy" never was, and it really made me dislike the main characters
