I flew through this audiobook. It was entertaining, it felt honest, and Taron Egerton was the best choice for narrator.

I am so horribly sad that I couldn't finish this.
Oh, how I tried.
But it is SO INSANELY boring. I know Elton's story by heart, just from years of reading and watching interviews. I am a huge fan and have listened to his music for my entire life. I thought I'd surely love reading something he'd written (or, more likely, had a hand in writing). I was so very, very wrong.
I thought maybe it'd just start slow, like some autobiographies do. Nope. I gave it my requisite 50-100 pages (in this case, 90,) and sent my copy back to the library queue.
