Przedmowa to tutorial jak zrazić do siebie człowieka 21 wieku, boomerskie narzekanie na technologię. Myślę, że współczesny człowiek nie zostanie zachęcony do przeczytania stoickich rozważań takim wstępem, przecież żeby normalnie funkcjonować w dzisiejszych czasach jesteśmy jednak zmuszeni do korzystania z technologii. Niestety, rabini się wypowiedzieli i jednogłośnie stwierdzili, że korzystanie z jakiejkolwiek technologii jest stratą czasu. No fajnie, ale słucham tej książki na Bookbeat i sami autorzy przedmowy musieli skorzystać z technologii aby to nagrać? Trochę dziwne. Resztę ocenimy tak, jak cenimy sobie mądrości Marka Aureliusza; ja je sobie cenię właśnie na 3 gwiazdki.
