I fully understand that this isn't a book that was intended to be published and that it was his personal journal. For years I stayed away from these types of books as many others would say it was too complicated to understand yet I felt it was extremely repetitive. If one has read books about Buddha and Buddhism, it's almost the same teachings. Maybe I'm not that smart but I don't understand why many leaders worldwide say this book is their favorite.
