This was so good and spicy!

Alex and Elijah meet when they are each sent to a lake house for a weekend getaway unknowingly on the same weekend, at the same house belonging to Alex’s dad and Elijah’s boss/best friend. Oh I wonder what will they do alone all weekend🌶️🥵

This novella was so good and felt fully developed which is sometimes the issue I have with novellas.

What to expect:
-Age gap (15 years)
-Dad’s best friend
-breeding kink
-insta lust

Overall: 4/5
Spice level: 3/5
Tropes: age gap, dad's best friend, boss's daughter, insta-lust, fling to forever, forced proximity

I was a little disappointed by this book after reading Kayla Grosse's cowboy books. I'm not sure what I was expecting but the writing in this was way too "in your face". It lacked some finesse and while the characters seemed genuine, their instant sexing was too instant to make it work.

Eating proudly based on vibes. Didn’t know age gap romances would do it for me but I was pleasantly surprised reading this story. The author’s characters always have great chemistry.
