I can't even describe the noise I made when I found out I got to read an ARC of this and I for sure enjoyed the hell out of this book! Plus I think this might actually be the first Dad’s Best Friend romance that I’ve ever read so I can thank Kayla Grosse for popping that cherry...

As usual, Grosse DELIVERS on spice. Coupled with compelling, loving characters that make you really believe that they'll last past that first hot burn of lust? *chef's kiss* Perfection. This is a perfect short read that should definitely be added to your summer TBR!

Age gaps skeeze me out sometimes, but this was super cute. I *LOVED* how it started & the road in which it chose to travel, but the ending was weird. I get that the whole situation had to happen in order to get the happy ending, but it was awkward af. Gave me "you imprinted on my daughter?!" vibes circa Bella Swan - but the movie adaptation version, lol. Anyway. Overall super cute & super steamy. Loved it.
