Absolutely delightful. Elijah and Alex are a perfect set. I loved the appropriate age gap and all the spice. This was a quick read and the writing was excellent. Alex is a plus size teacher from an affluent family with a lake house and she accidentally runs into her dad’s best friend who was also promised a weekend alone at the lake house. Everything flowed so well. Loved this book.

For what this book was, it was really good! I appreciated that the author specified that this was more spice than plot at the start. And let me tell you, the spice was spicing!! Alex and Elijah were Mr Serious and Miss Badass Bitch and just fit with each other so we’ll despite the taboo of their relationship.

This one had an age gap, dads best friend forbidden romance and enough spice to fuel your fire.

This novella is a five alarm fire of hotness. Read if you want: a curvy heroine, role play, breeding kink done great, dad’s best friend, forced proximity. It’s a little insta-love-y but hey it’s a novella I’ll give it a pass
