This was honestly so sweet and yet deliciously spicy,
just as one would expect from Kayla’s books!!
I loved Elijah and Alex together. They both made each other comfortable enough to open up and share their wants and desires. It was a novella so their connection became very deep very quickly but it wasn’t at all cringey.
The spicy scenes were hottt, especially if you love a good breeding kink. I find that can easily come off a bit icky if not written well but this book didn’t have that problem at all! The dirty talk was 🤌🏼🔥🥵
Overall this was a fun, spicy forbidden romance novella and was the perfect little bit of heat between longer books!

Alex has decided to get away from the city and stay at her parents cabin to reset since she has ended her engagement, little does she know that her father has to his vp he could stay at the cabin as well that weekend. One slightly naked cooking incident and Alex and elijah meet, and she wants him to stay at least for the night. Immediately, the chemistry is popping. He is Mr. Serious and one of the reasons her father made him come to the lake was to unwind, but her daddy didn't know unwinding meant sleeping with his daughter. To me, they are complete opposites that work because they want so many of the same things, this is a hot novella. you're not getting plot plot plot, but it's paced really well. I loved that ahw is 30, and he is 45 because I'm tired of 18 Years old and 40 something like make or realistic. They decided to have a weekend fling, but will it stay that way? Alex is spunky and very open, and Elijah opens up around her. Great smutty read. Kayla keeps giving us so much out of her novellas. Keep then coming, Kayla. Lol

When I heard Kayla Grosse was coming out with a new book, I was extremely excited and made sure to tell all my book friends about it. ‘Silver Foxed’ by Kayla Grosse is another excellent book that is written where the female is plus size. When Kayla writes these characters, she makes sure they have the confidence to make them beautiful.
I also have to say in ‘Silver Foxed’ when Elijah and Alex first see each other at the place they both end up staying at without knowing the other one would be there the flames are hot and coming off the page. The chemistry is sizzling, and it doesn’t stop there at all, it gets more intense as they spend more time together. There were moments with these two when I had to stop and send the quote or what was happening to my friends because it was SIZZLING!
‘Silver Foxed’ is a novella so it’s a quick read but it didn’t feel like it was rushed. It was very beautifully written and is getting 4 stars from me. Like I said before if you are looking for hot and sizzle this is your book! This is getting a Sizzle Level of 4, so make sure you have that glass of milk to help turn down the heat! The best part of this is if you are a Kindle Unlimited member this book is included in your membership.
