I really didn't like this book. It's written like a bad fanfiction (and I enjoy reading fanfiction). I didn't like any of the characters. Poor Lily suffered from the stupid female main character trope and the writing wasn't good enough to make her decisions believable. The timeline did make sense and the book ret conned itself a few times. Also I HATE HATE HATE "naked truths" like Ms. Hoover really thought she was doing something with that but it's so annoying. I didn't even actually find it emotional. Overall not a good read.
