boring book with a pedophiliac relationship written in a good light. gg kathleen
Literally only once in the entire book does someone say "hey thats pedophilia" but does nothing to help the mc. Then NOBODY is surprised when
the pedo cheats on her, hits her, and sics his crazy drug dealer girlfriend on her and her friend
like ? Why didn't her "friends" do more to help the VICTIM OF PEDOPHILIA?

°˖➴ this book was so good! i loved it so much and i’d KILL to read it for the first time again.

charlie & riley.. 🌚
°˖➴ i found the relationship w charlie & riley a little.. odd. especially the age gap like it was 5 years?!? it’s so weird bc she’s 17 and he was 22..! i’m glad he got sent to a mental hospital LIKE HE DESERVES. his real name is so fucking stupid i still make fun of it “irwin david baxter” bitch who names their child IRIWIN DAVID BAXTER. go back to the 1900s “tally ho!” ahh name.

louisa ☹️
°˖➴ LOUISA. i ♡ louisa with my whole heart. she was such a sweetheart. i love her and always will. i broke down a sobbed when i saw the words “louisa set herself on fire.” like oh. my. god. my heart broke and i sobbed for a good 20 minutes.

blue 🤍
°˖➴ don’t fucking get me started on blue. I LOVED HER SO MUCH. but the scene with her teeth broke my heart literally like i felt it break.

It’s not often at all that books make me emotional, but this one did. It is so incredibly heavy, dark and sad, but it is also beautiful and hopeful at times. Although I can’t relate to most of the content on a personal level, I fully empathise with the characters and situations throughout. This book was so well written, really enjoyed the wave of emotions I went through, in a bitter sweet way.
