The over- arching metaphor is way obvious. The internal logic behind the invisibility is not consistent or super thought out. But ... it's a fun read, light hearted but also poignant, at least to me - a stay at home mom of young kids, who can definitely relate to feeling invisible to the world around me.

Really loved this book. I picked it randomly at the library and fell in love it is a pretty fast read filled with clovers story as she fights to regain her sense of self and find a community while reconnecting with her family and friends. It very eccentric and you definitely need to have a greater suspension of disbelief but I thought overall it was amazing in the points it made both the silent and spelled out. My only wish is the book closed with her and her bestie planning to go back to Florida
