Just like the other two, I gobbled this one down. Love the characters and the intertwined relationships, and Kracken just gets better and better!
Sad there aren't more ready to go at this point because of how much I've loved them, however; the author stated on Reddit she plans to have this be a 10 book series, with Princess of Potential coming out in a week! (June 27, 2023) so I'm looking forward to all the next installments in Fin's life!

Very good conclusion to the “series” (this is not three books, it is one book split into three parts and should be advertised as such), but it felt both slow and rushed. Like it was trudging through plot points at a snail’s pace and then tripped and fell over the finish line twenty chapters early. War? What war? We can resolve that in like five minutes with two characters and a cat.
A hug in book form
4.5 Something about this entire series just feels good. Like a warm hug, a conversation amongst friends, a laugh shared with a loved one. The overarching theme of the books is home and boy do they drive that point home. Whether it’s the home you come from or the home you make for yourself, whether it’s a place or person everyone is looking for a home and a place to belong. A place that is loving, peaceful and content. At times it was laugh out loud humorous but there was also some heartbreakingly tearful moments. This book and the series was fantastic.
