I genuinely love these books but the commentary on weight over and over again by everyone around a specific character (and their own commentary) throughout nearly the entire book bothered me.

This is one of the last books my Mom read before she passed away this June. She loved this trilogy. It's bittersweet to not be able to talk about this book with her. But I'm glad to have finished the series now, at least in the same year in which my mom lived.

Absolutely loved this simple, sweet series. Fin was such a great character and everyone needs a familiar like Kraken!
