Creepy creepy creepy! Twists and turns around.

Disappointing on the whole. Felt overly long and drawn out.

Violence against children
dark emotional sad tense fast-paced

Three teenagers, Olivia, Angel, and Bud, are held captive by an abductor in a place called The Dollhouse. Treated like dolls, they are forced to re-stage old photographs from their abductor's past, but satisfying him is not easy. He has a violent temper that explodes when things don't go his way. If the dolls want to survive this sadistic playtime, they need to work together to stay alive long enough for their loved ones to find them.

I have absolutely NO CLUE this thriller is not more popular! While this won't be for everyone, as it is pretty dark, the premise is so unique and the tension is high! I was thoroughly invested in this whole story and I just needed to know if Olivia, Angel, and Bud would survive so I flew through this. If you are a fan of Karin Slaughter I think you will love this one. I do think it was a little long, and parts in the middle started to feel repetitive. However, that is really my only complaint about this book, as I found the rest of it to be so great!
