This book is everything. The entire situation is a bookish girl's dream. A bookish scavenger hunt with true love on the other end of the bookshelf? Hell yes! I'm fangirling so hard there are tears in my eyes. I really wish I had known about this series earlier. I only learned of it after the Netflix adaption came out, which I also loved! I was also stoked to find out there are two more books to read! I love the way each chapter is written from either Dash's or Lily's perspectives as it makes getting into their heads easy to do while also screaming internally for them to just meet already! I also love how well their personalities contrast with each other, and I can't wait to continue this wild ride in the next two books!
I FINALLY read this book after wanting to for so many years. My sister and brother-in-law gifted it to me for Christmas and I started it the day after, I believe. I finished it fairly quickly, in less than a week, and I really loved the story. I thought it was sweet and made me so want something romantic like that to happen to me. It made me want to partake in some crazy scavenger hunt like that and I was flipping pages like crazy trying to see what would happen with them.
Now I need to get the sequel, "The Twelve Days of Dash and Lily".

So, I went into this thinking I wouldn't like this very much, and I wasn't wrong... but it was fine, I guess! I've had this book on my kindle for almost 3 years now so I'm glad I've finally read it if anything.

This book was something else. I was excited to read it bc I loved the tv show but It was just so bad. Like i could not enjoy it at all. So I don’t recommend!!!
