I have been a fan of Pippa Grant since I read her for my first time a few months ago. This one is no exception. A lot of laughs, a crazy raccoon, and perfect chemistry between Cassie and Ryan!

Light on the steam and a tiny bit of angst thrown in, but how could you not like a book about a sex toy factory in a fictional town called Happy Cat of all places?

I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series since there were some great side characters introduced as well.

It’s OTT funny, but that’s what I enjoy about Pippa Grant (and now I have a new author to stalk, uh follow, in Lili Valente).

The MCs Ryan & Cassie are adorable. The angst is low and doesn’t drag on forever and childishly which is great. George Cooney is perfectly precocious and literally saves the day.

The Ryan & Cassie’s siblings as well as the rest of the townspeople round out a varied and fun cast of characters. I’m hoping there’s a sequel in the works because we’re definitely left wondering about the sparks flying between Jace & Olivia.

Cute story and a sweet romance, but George the raccoon was the best part.

As always, Pippa's book was a 5 star read for me. Add in the added comedy and quirkiness of having a co-author and it was phenomenal.

Cassie was weird yet not, shy yet not, and freaking smart. Ryan is a hot firefighter... who doesn't want one of those? Their friendship and love story formed in the perfect way. And the sub-characters were awesome! Especially George Cooney...

I would definitely recommend this book!! And keeping my fingers crossed for more co-written books about the other characters! :)

4 Cutest little trash panda stars!!!

This book was just full of too cute and funny moments!!. This one was a little more out of my element seeing as it revolves around an adult toy facility. You get up close and personal with a lot of these toys in hilarious situations all around town and I laughed so hard. Some of the writing was a little bit predictable but that was completely fine because some of the moments were completely unexpected like George Cooney.

Ryan’s character was all macho protective brother who didn’t want to offend anyone in town. He keep his opinion to his self so he didn’t offend anyone, until he met Cassie again. They seemed to think alike, except Cassie is offended by his very presence and he has no idea why. So operation win Cassie over has begun, his small town charm was just to sweet. I really enjoyed how he just took everything in stride, and tried to help Cassie see the lighter side of things. There was room for growth with Ryan’s character in this book and it does happen but it seems to happen rather fast. Also I LOVE all of his interactions with the raccoon. I can’t even handle that raccoon, I feel like it was meant for him specifically.

Cassie was super cute and awkward and I adored her little heart. I loved that she was a coder, and a gamer. That makes her way cooler in my book because I cannot do either. Her interactions with everyone involved in her sisters store was so nice and open I loved it. I enjoyed how uncomfortable in the beginning she was with the store and its products then she slowly began to realize hey it’s just a product nothing to be ashamed of. The bike she rides is EPIC. I feel like she maybe had the most growth in this book just because it was more centered around her and what was going on with the store.

Overall this was great start to this little series and I can’t wait to get more time with George Cooney! I loved all of the town and it’s corky little moments…

OMG this is an awesome book from Pippa! I was lucky enough to get an ARC copy and then had to wait hours to get home to actually read it. The anticipation was so worth it because this book is sweet, funny, hilarious with a dash of mystery.

I loved the hero Ryan and look forward to more books about his younger brothers. Ryan is a hot firefighter who is fiercely protective of those he loves, but he is also a big sweet marshmallow that makes you grin as you learn more about him.

Cassie is a mixture of sweetness and insecurity who is back in her hometown to help her sister. Despite being shy and uncomfortable around dildos she’s managing her sister’s sex toy company.

Hilarity ensues, awesome lines and George Cooney the trash panda all come together in a fabulous book that make this a keeper!

Intrigue, mystery and love

Cassie is an adorable yet shy woman who has thought Ryan hated her or thought she kissed bad since she was a teenager. Ryan is now a gorgeous fireman back in their hometown of Happy Cat. These two were made for each other. I loved George Cooney and his antics, who would have thought a raccoon would understand so much and listen. This was a story with some serious storyline yet also managed to make you laugh out loud especially at the way how Cassie is so uncomfortable running her sister's adult toy company.

Loved it!! Wonderful and funny characters with hearts-of-gold!! A pet raccoon, he's a terror (in a funny way). I have yet to be disappointed by these two authors. 5stars*****

There were so many things going on in Happy Cat that there was no way I could get bored reading this book.

The characters were not only interesting, and a little weird, but they were pretty amusing. I am usually hesitant when a book is labeled as "rom com" because quite often there is no "com".

There is a bit of mystery, and a few questions that need to be answered. Who is trying to sabotage Sunshine Sex Toy factory and frame Cassie and Savannah? Why does Cassie dislike Ryan? What's behind the furtive glances between Jace and Olivia?

This book was sweet, interesting, engaging, romantic, and humorous. I hope there will be other books about Ryan's brothers, and Savannah's return to Happy Cat.

I read this book via Kindle Unlimited.
