Loved the cult stuff, man that clique SUCKED

Good storyline but too many swear words for me.

(Audiobook) Karin Slaughter shows out once again! Enjoyed the protagonists in each timeline, was rooting for each. I enjoyed guessing along with the story. I was able to develop a theory only 70% in and I was still only half right lol Enjoyed this read!

I didn’t realize this was a part of a series. I didn’t read the first book, and that was mostly fine. There was back story that was referenced that I think would have fleshed out Andrea’s character a bit more for me, but it was fine reading this book.

This was a book where I hated all of the characters…or at least all of the bad guy characters. I like that Andrea seemed to know when to learn, when she messed up, and wasn’t trying to do everything herself.  I hope that continues for her.

Pretty much everyone in this town was twisted. I’m glad the mystery was revealed but it did feel a bit rushed in the end.  I’ll read more by this author!

Initially took some time getting into this one, but after the plot was clear and more pieces of the puzzle started coming together I couldn’t put it down.

Although Andrea Oliver is a character in a prior novel, I think one could read this book as a stand-alone. There was very little reference to “Pieces of Her” and plenty of background provided to understand the characters. However, if you prefer to have the full picture read that one first!
