the story, the characters, the art, and the colors are amazing! it's such a cute, cozy, whimsical adventure graphic novel. the tv show was recommended to me and I saw this at the library so I decided to try it out. I will definitely read more and watch the show. I think the show will be a new cozy favorite.

I loved Hilda on Netflix, it was such a cute show. I can see that the comics are even cuter! I wish I could turn some of these into posters.

Con un ritmo narrativo molto vicino a quello delle strisce, Hilda e il Troll si presenta come un breve (brevISSIMO) volume che subito conquista per i bellissimi colori e per la simpatica protagonista Hilda: una semplice bambina in cerca di avventure, ma con i capelli blu e un omino di legno come vicino!
La lettura dura giusto il tempo di un succo di frutta, ma lascia nella mente lo stesso sapore dolce!

Very adorable, very Scandinavian. The art is pretty (though rougher than the style found in the Netflix series) and the stories are cute slices of surreal life. Hilda is plucky, kind, and thoroughly relatable. The Hildafolk series is great for children (and adults) who enjoy "Adventure Time," "Steven Universe," and "Gravity Falls."
