This was okay. The charm of the series seems to have worn off a bit, but I still found this to be an addicting read! The super short chapters and simple writing style really make Freida books hard to put down- but I wasn’t really invested in the story until the halfway point, which felt a bit far to finally get things going. It didn’t feel as ridiculous or shocking as some of her other books, but maybe that’s okay. Less cheesy but ultimately pretty mid.

I love this series. This book was so twisty, and I was surprised at the end. Love the way this author writes, and how engaged I was with the characters.

I did enjoy this and I didn’t see the twists at the end tbf but the lead up to the end wasn’t my favourite ngl!

Nonetheless I really enjoyed this series!! Would recommend it to any thriller fans!

Freida is very convincing in her writing. I was almost on board with where she was leading me, but didn't want to believe it. The ending was a shock! It was a nice way to wrap up the series, especially with regards to Martha.
