A lot of people say this is their favorite of the HG series, but it has always been an uncomfortable read for me. I do enjoy it a lot, but the discomfort Katniss experiences going through so many changes emanates off the page; so much clinical language to describe intense emotional experiences. It is definitely the best written of the HG series, but I still think I like the first one better.
