The short story, A Little Warped, starts the investigation on a new case for Kit and Liena.  Family farm property that a certain rogue Druid from Dark Arts and a Daiquiri used to own has been blasted by black magic and a body and other items are evidence.  This ends with that scene tied up and will be the prequel for the next Warped installment, Rogue Ghosts and Other Miscreants.

A cute short story that is part of more than one of the series in my opinion. I liked it.

I am really loving Kit.

This was a short story at the end of my audiobook, Hellbound Guilds & Other Misdirections. The story is one of Kit's and Leanne's early (first?) cases, when they investigate the burning of Zak's farm. There is evidence of black magic as well as a mysterious box that has been sealed. Naturally, Leanne decides to take it to her lab to open it. What could go wrong?

The burning of the farm is mentioned in at least one other book, possibly a second book. It's a fun way to overlap the different series in this universe.

This is a very short story with Kit and Lienna investigating a magically burnt down farm. It seems like quite a random addition to the Guild Codex Universe, and my least favourite so far, purely because so little happened or was explained. However I assume it will become more relevant as I continue with the Warped series.

A quick short story, like a filler in between larger story arcs.
