DAISY DAISY DAISY the women that you are.
Daisy and Christian have taken over me mind body and spirit I love them.
This group of characters is just so fun to read about they have kept me endlessly entertained throughout these books.

I soooo much prefer Daisy to Magnolia but honestly I wanted to scream at her for how stupid she was being with Christian but I know ship them so hard - onto the next !

Wow. What a clusterfuck.

I’m equally torn. On the one hand, this book is RIDICULOUS. On the other hand, I knew that going into it and I’m still weirdly drawn to the drama and angst of it all. Because this book series is ALL drama and vibes. It’s a London based Gossip Girl on uppers. If you can’t suspend your disbelief and just go with it, you will hate it.

This is book 2 in the series. This story has a bit more going on plot wise than the first book did. I also like Daisy and Christian way more than I liked Magnolia and BJ (the couple featured in book one).

Is this series good? Well, I can see why it’s so big on social media with young girls in their late teens/early 20s. As a woman in her 30s? Not so much. It’s fun and entertaining enough to continue for sure. I think I’ll be taking a little break before starting book 3 though.

3.75 stars.

The angst was angsting so hard it hurt my feelings. The frequent use of “a quarter smile” was not it but I think I can get past that. It’s one of those books where you just want to yell at the characters to get it together but you can’t so you just have to watch them spiral.
