4 stars might be generous, but I love giving the benefit of the doubt. A good book, lower reading level I felt like. I feel like 16 year old me would have enjoyed this more than me, but I was also able to read this at night as a scaredy-cat. I’ll take the wins where I can get them

A second book in the series. Fun and wacky characters abound, the mystery may not be incredibly complex but the journey is fun. I'd love to see more of the psychic karaoke.

I just really love this series. This is the perfect "cute murder" series to me. It's not too dark but also not cheesy. Can't wait for the next installment
