I think the message is great but I didn’t love the back & forth dialogue style. Took me forever to read.

This was so boring and condescending in tone, and I feel like the message and psychology is outdated and unhelpful. I'm never trusting a booktok recommendation again.
I really enjoyed this book. I found it to be a deeply insightful look as relatively simple ideas. I gave me a profound mindset shift.
Some rly interesting ideas and concepts here. Very accessible/familiar dialogue format. Def some ideas that I rly disagree with, but in general provides a thought provoking perspective and new ideas thru which to examine interpersonal relationships, identity, and responsibility.
amazing, i especially appreciated the format in which this was written… very engaging and even funny at times!
