Completely oversimplified statements that just became worse and worse towards the end. The answer to happiness and the meaning of life, according to this book, is both nothing and a few words long (again, a naïve oversimplification). The rejection of future plans is not well explained. I should add that there are good points made in this book, although they completely break down towards the very end of said points. It's truly bizarre.
