Alder and individual psychology are brand new to me, so it took time to chew on some of these ideas. That said, the format of this book - a very simple dialogue between young man and philosopher - makes it very accessible. There are certainly some ideas that were presented which I will apply to my life.

Amazing format: a dialogue between an old man who knowns Adlerian psychology and a young guy, who protests everything he hears (and you, the listener, is very much on his side!). I enjoyed this book a lot

So bad. So much man-splaining. Felt almost cultish. I’d like to think life is simple but cmon. There’s a line.

2.75 stars. Reasonable introduction to adlerian psychology. Listened on audiobook, enjoyed the dialogue format vut also found it a bit paternalistic / patronizing at times.
challenging informative inspiring reflective fast-paced

Timely and informative. Philosophy in action, one of few books which provides tangible and actionable changes that you can apply to your own life without explicitly listing rules and step by steps.
