I think this book is probably very good and helpful but I don't think I was in the mood for it! I got bored and had trouble staying focused, as well as finding motivation to listen.
I think if I revisit it in the future, I would probably get a lot more out of it. Just not the right time for me right now!

i don’t rate nonfiction but i have found myself using these techniques consistently since finishing the book five months ago. definitely would recommend if you’re wanting to break tendencies to procrastinate

All the things said here makes sense like actually although it took me decades (kidding) to finished this, I could say that it is very worth it. I learned a lot and for sure forgot a lot also but I assure you that I got those key points. Anyway, it is a very great read! James Clear is a good writer, I liked the way he explains it with a story to portray and also how realistic the advises are. Tiny changes, remarkable results indeed. Overall, I learned that it does not have to be perfect, just be consistent. As everyday goes, there's 1 percent of improvement so imagine an everyday 1 percent improvement in one year? That would be 37% times better. I don't know if im saying it accurately but I know you know what I mean.
