What a fun, bizarre, and fast read! The characters were likable and interesting. The plot was fast paced and weird, but in a great way.

Dad Jokes, exploding heads, demons, chaos, a shotgun with personality. What more could you ask for?
Based on the title alone, I was looking forward to reading this. It did not disappoint. Hunter created a crazy tale centered around lame dad jokes and spiced things up with a bit of gore. Plenty of action as the small town starts to crumble and panic takes over. I can’t forget Heidi either; her character was quite a surprise and put a nice spin on things. If you’re looking for something fun and fast-paced, check this book out. You might even find some dad jokes to share. Be careful though!
