This book was different from any other book that I have read. So basically, this book is about Jamie, and Jamie can see and communicate with the dead. But only for the first five days after they die. After his 'stepmother' finds out about his gift Jamie, she sees him fit as a tool to help her do her job. I honestly found the book very interesting, and I definitely did get pulled into this book. Mister Stephen King is an amazing writer. The way the characters developed was amazing, I absolutely love Jamie now, and I despise Liz. Also, the way the plot was written was beautiful. Not too much drap around the actual plot which kept me completely interested in the story. I continuously had the feeling that I needed to finish this book and that I wanted to find out more about Jamie's journey. Especially near the part with Professor.

This is certainly a fantastic King work. It shows that he still is creative and can write different fields. The story is well planned and clear. Full of suspense and shocks along the way that make you angry and happy all at the same time. Some things were a bit unnecessary but overall amazing writing an a great story. Honestly think this would be great for a film adaptation!
Me aburrió, no hay como una historia precisa sino un conjunto de hechos que le pasan a un chico que puede ver a los muertos, nada muy nuevo ni original.
Lo que uso como final me pareció malo y predecible, me lo vi venir desde que plantó esa duda.
Los personajes no me gustaron y no sentí que el narrador cambiará en algún momento su forma de ver las cosas por más que crecía, aunque tuviera 22 lo seguía sintiendo como de 9.
Lo único bueno es que se lee rápido y es corto
