WTF NO!!!! I am so mad at that ending 😭
I was so sure this would be 5 stars and the ending definitely gave me those 5 star feelings but I was way too annoyed with Tessa (and something else I’ll put in the spoiler part below) for this to be rated above 4 stars even though that makes me very sad 🥲🥲
I don’t like Luka and Tessa together at alllllllllll Idk what that says about me but I am such a Theon girlie!!! I need him and Tessa to be endgame I’ll be okay-ish if they end up mfm even though I would prefer Theon and Tessa together without Luka but if something really ends up happening to my boy Theon I will SUE

OMG THE WORLD BUILDING
Melissa has done an amazing job at not only building the crazy universe of worlds across series. But also in building characters that feel real and flawed in the way people are. August can’t come soon enough!

I’ve grown so attached to these characters in a way I’ve NEVER been about a series before. This is definitely going to be a god tier series that I will recommend to everyone!!
The way Melissa writes such realistic flawed characters and the way she conveys emotion through her writing is so unique… it’s been a minute since I’ve actually been able to immerse myself into a world to the point where I don’t even feel like I’m reading words on pages. It literally felt like I was there watching everything go down!
