Omg so i loveddd Gray. Gah. I want him. And Drew she was just amazing and sassy especially when it came to Leslie. I really loved this book and characters! I cant wait to see whats next.
It’s like the brothers best friend trope, but supercharged. Ya know… cuz the brother and the brother’s best friend go to war… and the obvious happens. And if you can’t figure out that obvious thing without reading, I can’t help you.
Also, I know I’m reading fictional romance for the sake of escapism but I just had a hard time believing that our FMC was a practicing therapist with a list of patients at the rip age of what? 22? 23?
All that aside this book fulfilled a lot of my favorite tropes. Secondary characters were definitely a win in this book too. Really enjoyed the banter between our FMC and her best friend.

Make You Mine was everything you come to expect from Tia Louise. Drew and Gray's forbidden, second chance military romance was so beautifully written, a rich and masterfully woven story with heartache and longing, and a steamy and sweet romance. It tugs at the heartstrings whilst delivering a very satisfying romantic HEA and I just adored it.
I love a book that hits me with all the feels. It was sweet, it was infuriating and it was deliciously sexy. It delivers a barrage of all kinds of emotions both the ones that tear you up and the kind that soothes that hurt. From the unforgettable childhood moments that brought Drew and Gray together, to the raw devastation that tore them apart, this story held me in its grip the whole way through. I honestly felt it all.
Make You Mine is what I love about Tia Louise's writing. Angsty, sexy, funny and emotional. It was the perfect kind of book to lose yourself in. Drew and Gray are a special couple. This is one swoon-worthy couple that you will want to read about time and time again. They are exactly the kind of ‘book couple’ that you will fall in love with. You'll be on the edge of your seat experiencing their epic love story and holding your breath for their happily ever after. I highly recommend this 5 star read!!!

This book hit me with all the feels! Be sure to have tissues handy when you read this book!
Tia hit it outta the park with this one! I was hooked right from the start and didn’t want to put it down!! I am a military wife myself so I have a soft spot for military romances. But the writing and how the story flowed was just wonderful. She touched on a lot of serious issues in today’s world and it opens your eyes on it all.
I cannot wait for Remi and Ruby’s story to come out!

Just kept waiting for the book to redeem itself and realized if I didn't like the first 178 pages it was pretty unlikely I would like the last half of the book

This book was sweet, and perfect for the mood I was in today. This author's writing is always top notch, and this book was no different. It was well paced. It is told in a dual POV format. The plot was engaging. Romantic. Sweet. Heartbreaking. Funny. Charming. The angst wasn't over the top, but there was a bit. There was a smidge of OW drama. Neither slept with other people while they were apart. That said, it is mentioned the hero tried to date once, and it was a "disaster," and the heroine goes on a date when the hero comes back, but the hero shows up in the middle of it.

It had a fantastic cast of secondary characters. I LOVED Ruby. She made me laugh my butt off, and I can't wait to read her book! I also think Ralph and his almond obsessed ass needs an HEA (lol). Both Gray and Drew were very likable main characters. Last, it was all wrapped up in a lovely ending.

So why not 5-Stars? I felt like Drew did all the work trying to keep the relationship going. She was the one always pursuing Gray. Always trying to convince Gray. Always waiting around for Gray. Always defending Gray. I get the guy was dealing with stuff, but after the second

disappearing act where he ghosted her AGAIN, this time for six weeksOverall though, this was a fantastic read, and I enjoyed it a lot!

Cute but predictable. Nothing really exciting happens. The title of Make You Mine doesn’t seem to fit since she is always his... he just won’t claim her. And I did not like how Drew handled her dad. It bothered me how she kept trying to push Grey on him and make them get along. It just ended up Grey being hurt in the end because she wanted to please her dad. Ugh

This book is just perfection! And checks so many boxes.
🫶Small town romance
🫶Brother’s best friend
🫶Military romance
🫶First love
🫶Blue-collar hero
🫶Second-chance romance
🫶Forbidden love (he’s from the wrong side of the tracks)
🫶Lots of angst and humor
Gray is Drew’s brother’s best friend. He has been there for her since she was little always looking out for her. Once they grow up sparks fly between them. But of course he is not good enough for Drew in a lot of peoples opinions. Grey leaves for the military and comes back with some serious baggage.
Drew has her own baggage to deal with as well. But she has a nurturing nature and wants to help everyone in every way.
The way these two reconnect makes you want to shake and hug them at the same time. Oh and let’s not leave out Ruby Drew’s best friend. She is hysterical!
The ending was absolutely the best!!
What a heartache!, I love this story so much, but the emotional rollercoaster got to me in the best way. Gray and Drew had an amazing story, strong love and connection, but they struggled to find themselves again. The angst was everything in this story.
Grayson is just a wow character!
"Grayson Cole's eyes will stop your heart, but his lips will get it going again..."
This book gave me so many feelings I devoured this story and loved these characters.
