Holy eff.

I should be all talked out about this series because all I've been doing for the past almost two weeks is read the series and almost immediately discuss with a friend. But I think that well hasn't dried up yet. it is a vast, vast well, that one: of me talking about the things I am passionate about.

Before I move onto their shared journey I would like to start with their individual ones. Their growth has been incredible. They've become better people. They've matured while at the same time remaining passionate people with their own voices and traits of character that do not always scream perfect (side-gazing at you Lo, ahaha, I love you SO).
Lily. You absolute cupcake. You've become this strong person that believes in herself more every day. I am so proud of you as a reader privy to your journey. Anxiety plagues many minds and it's not always easy for it's not meant to be easy. It's supposed to be worth it in the end. You're better for yourself, for your best man and someone you love as for your beautiful Maximoff.
Lo. (I am totally biased because I even love your icy sharpness. I am willing to forgive all.) You've become sober and we all know sometimes it's a daily struggle. Some days are worse than others. But you fight on to remain the man your family needs. A better man for no one else but yourself.

LiLo. You absolute beauties. You OWN my heart right now. More than that: you OWN the very 2nd spot in my top 3 favourite, most beloved and heartwrenching book OTPs of all time. (Oh yeah, I am well aware of the fandom lingo, ha!) That top 3 is like the best of the best for me, of all time. So it's a goddamn huge honor in case you've missed the hint.

Again: extremely quotable. I have pages and pages filled with quotes that make me laugh and cry, and cause my heart to grow seven times and my chest to expand even more.

I will never forget any of the beautiful things they have said to each other because they are promises kept and dreams fulfilled. They are actions. Nothing means more than a word kept and a promise not broken. Their journey has been a bumpy one but perhaps that's what makes it worth it. It's not a highway, they won't always be extremely okay and sometimes it will be tough. But that's life. They have all the lifelines to keep fighting: their families, friends, their love for each other. They have each other's backs in the best way possible -- one so much different and healthier than they used to back when it was all "pretend".

I will love them forever.
My imperfect superheroes, forever.

im so sad that lily and lo’s story is over. i feel like i know them personally, because over the last few books ive fallen in love and gotten my heartbroken with them. they deserve every moment of happiness they can get. 5 ⭐️ for my favourite people on earth.

THE MOST EFFING BEAUTIFUL BOOK IM THE SERIES TILL NOW
"YOU AND ME
LILY AND LO"
FRICKING PERF

very early on i predicted this would be the best book in core addicted series, though not my favorite. i am still correct. when k and b want to give us a finale, a finale they will give us. i didn't expect to cry, though a number of these books have. but i had to take many breaks to sob over the course of maybe four pages.
loren hale's redemption story i think was a little rushed. but i'm glad he's not awful anymore. i also like the fate of the teenagers. justice was served somewhat (garrison i have my eye on you).
overall though, i have to say cheers. i really enjoyed the conclusion to lily and lo's story. it was imperfect, it was human, it was real. looking forward to the end of cobollaway and raisy. (honestly, i'm kinda over these books but i'm a completionist and they're always excellently written).

5⭐️soulmates.
