they could've just ripped my heart out directly but they chose to write it out in 500 pages. works with me though.
god, my heart hurts. why is this the last lilo book??? it's KILLING me. i want more. i need more of them. it physically hurts how good, how wholesome, how real these people feel. in layman's words—im insane because they're not even real.
there's still 3 more books left in the series and im already sure this series ranks as close to my heart as boys of tommen.
found family is everything. like no trope can ever top that.

“Because my superpower is the love that I have for you. It’s out of this world, extraordinary, incomprehensible kind of love. And no one and nothing on this Earth comes close to it.”
lilo will forever have my heart, my soul, my love.
ugh im gonna cry.
there's so much i love about this series, from connor and lo's flirting, to rose and lo's fights, to raisy moments, or the nerd stars flirting; lily feeling embarrassed by her comments, rose's protectiveness, daisy's carefree moments, lo's assholeness, connor's narcissism, and ryke cursing in every sentence. it's been everything to me. this is so precious and wholesome. and i feel empty already because it'll be over soon ughhhh.

Lily and Lo have never felt more real to me than they do in this book. They’re not perfect. They’re still figuring things out. But they’ve come so far. Their love isn’t clean or easy. It’s chaotic and codependent and way too intense, but it’s also the safest thing in the world for them. Absolute soulmates. And watching them get to live in that love without shame or hiding, while embracing new phases of their lives, made every second of this series worth it.
Lily Hale is a very relatable girl to me. She’s goofy and anxious and doesn’t always know how to say what she means, but she feels everything. And she keeps trying. I love that she never stops trying. Her scenes as a new mom, her honesty about feeling unworthy, the way she still wants to ship all her friends like she’s fourteen…it’s everything. She’s everything.
I love Loren Hale. There’s just no one like him. The sarcasm, the rage, the softness he only shows to the people he trusts. He’s one of the best characters I’ve ever read. His growth is quiet but so deeply felt. He’s learning how to want things, how to be present, how to live. And his love for Lily is…unreal. Talk about unrealistic expectations.
This book has a lot, the Core Six living together, the neighborhood drama, the media storm, the Halloween chapter, the wedding. I loved it all. There’s something so special about watching them build something stable after everything they’ve overcame.
Also, Lo and Connor in this one…the banter..the kiss??? Please, I was barely holding it together.
I loved this book. So much. It’s not my top favorite in the series, but it’s close. And it has some of my favorite moments. The kind you carry with you. It gave Lily and Lo a soft landing. And after everything they’ve been through, they deserve that more than anyone.

"If someone ever asks how long we´ve spent together, I´d say for as long as my mind stretches back. I can´t tell you the day that I fell in love with you because there wasn´t a single day that I didn´t. You have the purest parts of my heart, and I´m certain that in every alternate universe, I´m always, always in love with you."
2.5 stars because of the characters! the plot is honestly so stupid
4.5 stars I’ll miss Loren and Lily, I grown an attachment to them, their lives and I’m so happy to leave them here, with their HEA, they deserve the world truly

Probably my least favourite book so far, not that I didn’t like it, I just wasn’t that invested which made the book feel dragged out.
I loved the dynamic between Lily and Lo in this book, especially with their baby.
